Account

An account is a fundamental CRM object representing a business entity.

Approval Rule

Approval Rule is an entity allowing to define dynamic rules that are used to evaluate the level of authority for offer approvals.

Attribute

An attribute represents the element of Product Specification.

Batch

This term is used to describe long-running processes that operate on a vast amount of Salesforce records. Users usually have to wait for some time until the process finishes

Category

Categories are used to group products into common areas (used for search/reporting purposes)

CAPEX

Capital expenditure - company expenses on fixed assets (in telecom industry it is mostly related to network buildout)

Contact

Contacts represent people that are related to a particular business entity (usually employees)

Cost Item

An object that is used to track expenses that a company has to bear in order to deliver a product

Cost Item Bid

Represent a single request sent to the supplier regarding the cost item price.

Demarcation point

The point at which service is handed to the customer (i.e. the dividing line that determine who is responsible for a service/equipment/maintenance)

Dismantle

Item action that sets a Service to "Inactive" status.

IRR

Internal rate of return - financial parameters that represent the discount rate for which a particular deal returns the net present value of 0

List Price

Price book driven value that represents the list amount that the customer would usually have to pay for a service

MACD flows

It stands for Move, Add, Change, Dismantle actions - these are the most common operations that are performed upon the services that are sold to customers

Margin

A measure of profitability, calculated by dividing net profit by revenue.

Master Price Book

Main price book for a company. It is used to define base prices for products

Master Product

A top-level element of a product, representing a base from which product options are generated.

MRC

Monthly Recurring Charge - a term used to define the amount that customer will have to pay for the service every month

MRE

Monthly Recurring Expense - a term used to define the monthly costs that the company pays for maintaining a service

NPV

Net Present Value - one of the ways to determine deal profitability. It shows the discounted cash flow values across the service lifetime. The higher the value, the better for your business

Offer Price (Unit Price)

The final amount that the user will pay for a single service after applying discounts

OPEX

Operating expense - ongoing cost of running a product (e.g. leased lines in telecom industry)

Opportunity

Represents a deal in progress, along with all relevant data and activity history

Opportunity Product

Represents a single item within an opportunity (that corresponds to an item in a primary quote)

Order

Represent an actual set of products that customer has ordered

Order Product

Represents a single item that was ordered by a customer (depending on the context, it can be a new product or a modification to an existing Service)

OTC

One-Time Charge - a term used to define the amount that customer pays for a service on a non-recurring basis

OTE

One-Time Expense - a term used to define one-off expense paid in order to deliver a service

Payback

A financial parameter representing the time (in months) in which a particular deal pays off and starts returning profits

Partner Price Book

Price book that is associated with an account in order to modify the prices that are defined in Master price book

Pricebook Management Tool

Enxoo Commerce tool that is used to manage products' pricing

Price Book

An object that is a placeholder for product prices

Price Rule

Price Rule allows defining a rule that is applying actions on pricing defined within Price Rule Action object when certain conditions defined in Price Rule Condition are met

Pricing Report

This is a tool that is used to display the products final price based on Master Price Book values and Partner Price Books modifiers

Product

Product is a central entity of the Product Catalogue domain, generally used for the representation of goods or services that can be sold

Provisioning Plan

Represents a set of tasks that should be performed in order to deliver a service

Provisioning Task

Represents a single task within a provisioning plan

Quote

Quote represents an offer prepared for a customer

Quote Item

Represents a single item within a quote

Work Order

Represents a task to be performed (manually or automatically)
