Enxoo product modules are designed as reusable services that can be exposed through different channels. Thanks to API-first design and omni-channel readiness it’s easy to expose internal Configure-Price-Quote functionalities directly into the hands of partners & customers.
Key Features
Self-Service portals
Enxoo product functionalities can be exposed on Salesforce Experience Cloud to create self-service portals for customers & partners. These portals can provide variety of features, i.e. visibility into open orders, capability to manage services, view invoices, etc.

Self-Service quoting
Enxoo CPQ features including Quoting module can be exposed directly to Customers for self-service quoting. In order to do that, Enxoo Lightning Components can be configured within Guided Flows to provide interactive, step-by-step User Interface that will guide customers through the process of service configuration. Self-Service quoting process is omni-channel ready which means it might include steps requiring involvement of internal Salesforce users (e.g. discount approval).

Built-in APIs
Since Version 6 (2019) all new features that are part of Enxoo products are built following new architectural principles based on Domain-Driven Design concepts, respecting API-first principle. The application is equipped with built-in, business-centric REST APIs that together with standard Salesforce data-centric APIs provide rich possibilities for integration.
Enxoo REST APIs can also be exposed directly to customers through Salesforce Customer Community to enable zero-touch Request Management, Quoting & Order Capture for customers & partners. Thanks to Enxoo for Communications architecture - behaviour of the application is always the same, regardless whether it is accessed through the API or using standard User Interface.
