Document Generation

Enxoo Documents package allows to define document templates in Microsoft Word and use them to produce document printouts (in .pdf & .docx) filled with the data from Salesforce. Document Generation capability is very flexible and it can work with any Salesforce Standard & Custom object.

Setting up Document Templates

Templates may represent different kinds of documents (Sales Proposals, Service Orders, Purchase Orders, Contracts) and can be created in the context of any Salesforce Standard & Custom Object in order to produce documents in .docx and .pdf formats.

Picture above - Left side presents template defined in Microsoft Word (docx) document. The template is using dynamic tokens inside (e.g. {{V:CustomerName}}. The template is filled with Salesforce data from a particular record when document generation is triggered.
