Service MACD Workflows

MACD (move, add, change, dismantle) workflows are crucial sales processes in Communications industry because customers do not only buy new services. More frequently they are requesting changes, upgrades & downgrades of existing services and these activities have to be properly processed and represented in the funnel. Enxoo BSS natively supports MACD flows allowing to process renewals, changes and dismantles of existing services.

Initiating MACD flows

Service modification can be started from the Service List Component under the Contract record by using the Contract Modification function. This loads the existing service configuration into the selected new or existing Cart and allows to configure the change.

Picture above - the User is able to select, whether to insert the selected services, along with their structure, to the existing cart or to create a new one.

Whereas the termination of a specific service, not the entire contract, takes place from the Service page level. Whenever the termination process is started, the date of deactivation of this service in the system is indicated.

Tracking delta MRC

Changes should be properly reflected in the Sales Pipeline. For example - Renewal with a price drop has a negative impact into overall recurring revenue. That’s why Enxoo BSS helps to track such impact within the quoting process:
