Depending on what is your role in an organization, you will be operating on different objects in a Salesforce environment. In this article, you will find a list of apps that are available in Enxoo Commerce and Enxoo for Communications solutions.

What is an App?

An app is a collection of items that work together to serve a particular function. The apps determine:

  • list of available objects

  • the way the objects are displayed

  • the navigation style in Salesforce

    • standard - shows items in a navigation bar at the top of the page

    • console - shows a list of records in a sidebar and opens each record in a new workspace tab

  • special actions that are available from utility bar at the bottom of the page

Enxoo CPQ

Enxoo Commerce

Non-administrative users using the Enxoo Commerce solution. As long as you do not use Enxoo for Communications, this is the main app that standard users should select. 

Enxoo CPQ Administrator

Enxoo Commerce

Enxoo Commerce System Administrator, Product & Pricing Administrators.

Enxoo for Comms

Enxoo for Communications

Sales Users, Sales Managers, non-administrative users. This is the same app as Enxoo CPQ, but it has additional objects added that are tailored to the telecom industry needs.

Enxoo for Comms Admin

Enxoo for Communications

Enxoo for Communications System Administrator, Product & Pricing Administrators. This is the same app as Enxoo CPQ Administrator but has additional features that are tailored to the telecom industry needs.

Enxoo for Comms OM

Enxoo for Communications

Delivery Department Users and Managers. This app is focused on the delivery process and is designed to support order management, including operations on Orders, Order Items, and Work Orders.

Enxoo for Comms SA

Enxoo for Communications

Service Assurance Users and Managers. This app is focused on Customer Service and is the best option for users that operate on Cases, Accounts, and Services.
